Ingredients:
Pasta
Pesto
Pinenuts
Sprinkling of parmesan
Boil the pasta.
Toast the pine nuts in olive oil, tossing them until they are light brown. Be careful because they burn very quickly.
Drain the pasta then spoon over pesto and mix it.
Sprinkle with pinenuts and parmesan.
-Pesto pasta is a good lunch meal as it keeps well in a lunch box.
